I am the WORST in terms of my posture and how I sit, especially during the day at work! I have suffered from lower back pain, muscle spasms in my neck and very bad migraines… What I didn’t know are the internal issues this creates… Something we need to take notice of and correct sooner rather than later.
Have you gotten on the leg press machine or hack machine and tried to figure out how to place your feet to hit the specific muscle you want to work out… I have every time.. Hopefully this is helpful.
So my gym time has been limited now since my son is starting Kindergarten!!! (Happy… but Sad) No more 6:30am workouts.. UGH!! It is drop off at school and then straight to work.. The things mommies sacrifice.. I will still continue to work out at the gym but now when time allows. I figured I would be able to now begin Yoga..
